Gov. Walker enlists Heritage Fellow Outsider to run Dept. of Health Services

Despite running part of Medicaid under the Bush administration and having a MPA, Dennis Smith seems totally unqualified to lead Wisconsin's Department of Health Services. His main asset to the Walker administration seems to be that he has said and written on numerous occasions that he is against Medicaid.
